This course is an online Food Safety (HACCP) Level 1 & 2 Course (Revised 2023). This course meets the requirements as set out by the FSAI for Level 1 Stage I and II and the requirements for Level 2 – additional food safety skills. On successful completion of this course, the student will receive a certificate.

Manual Handling Theory course
This course is a Manual Handling Theory course. This course has six short modules followed by a course assessment. A full manual handling certificate is awarded when the practical element of the course is completed. You will be assessed on five different movements by a manual handling instructor.
