This course is a Manual Handling Theory course. It has been designed by the team here at KitchTech. At KitchTech we are passionate about eliminating paperwork from the kitchen and making it simple to comply with food safety regulations.

This course has six short modules followed by a course assessment. A full manual handling certificate is awarded when the practical element of the course is completed. You will be assessed on five different movements by a manual handling instructor. This must be done within 60 days of completion of the Manual Handling Theory course.
