This course is a HACCP Level 1 & 2 Food Safety Course. It has been designed by the team here at KitchTech. At KitchTech we are passionate about eliminating paperwork from the kitchen and making it simple to comply with food safety regulations.
It is a legal requirement that staff involved in a food environment are trained and/or supervised commensurate with their work activity. The responsibility for the supervision and training of staff lies with the proprietor of the food business.
The HACCP Food Safety Course supplied by KitchTech is broken down into two levels (Level 1 and Level 2). Level 1 specifies the standards expected of employees who have been working for less than three months in your business and Level 2 describes the standards expected of those who have been working for more than three months. In this elearning programme, we cover the entire syllabus for Level 1 and Level 2. So if you haven’t done a Level 1 course that’s okay and if you have, well consider it a bonus to get a refresher of the basic standards in food safety.
